Anybody gonna BBQ this weekend?

Johnny sure is. He's gonna get his grill on for the first time this year. So, what is it that makes YOUR barbeque something special? What is it you barbeque and how is it prepared?

  1. I like to do a super fakey tandoori. Marinate amish chicken in yoghurt, onion and indian spices for couple days. Then grill.

  2. Mmmmm, oh my that does sound great! Spice rubs and marinades are so easy and super affordable and yet so few people use them to give their BBQ some zazz...
