The charge for pooping in someone's yard in Hoboken is "lewdness"

Just thought we'd clear that up. If you make a pile on somebody's lawn in the Mile Square City you'll be charged with 'lewdness'. Johnny had 'assault with a weapon of ass destruction' in the office pool, while intern Zoltron said 'Being a hideous person' and intern Kiki said it would be 'Littering'.

Oh, and you may be wondering how we know this. Yes, that part, here ya go....

  1. Lewdness implies that he showed a body part that he shouldn't have. Not necessarily the case... maybe he just shook it out his pants leg?

I would've went with "unauthorized poopination".

  2. Jim, LOL on the pants leg idea. I hard not gotten that far out ahead of this rogue pooper to think that might have been the case. I mean it hard to be a difficult one to classify if you're the Hoboken PD. Imagine the 911 call on that:

911 what's your emergency? You're kidding me right? He's what? Are you sure? Can you describe him?
