So you wanna compound a bad traffic situation after drinking? Start a fight

That's exactly what happened in North Bergen when Wadyd Montes-Calderon took umbrage at the way Danilo Ramirez crossed in front of him at 91st and Tonnelle and confronted Ramirez. Not getting the answer he was after, Montes-Calderon slugged Ramirez and the fight was on. Now fights in the middle of the street tend to draw police (funny how that happens) and when police arrived they smelled something. Yes it's something police are trained to sniff out on those who are fighting in the middle of the street after a traffic altercation. Breathalyzers all around was the call and BOTH drivers were found to be over the legal limit.

Our final score:
Wadyd Montes-Calderon -- disorderly conduct and a DWI
Danilo Ramirez -- DWI and a refusal to take a breath test
