‘Tribute of Light’ views
"Tribute of Light," Municipal Art Society of New York’s 9/11 memorial with twin beams of light illuminating the lower Manhattan sky, positioned in two 48-foot squares echoing the shape and orientation of the Twin Towers, will be visible from dusk on Sept. 11 to dawn Sept. 12.
