Yes it would seem the Atlantic Ocean is kicking up her heels a touch early this year and an early season tropical storm, Alberto VO5 is skipping up the east coast from South Carolina where it formed (and where you amy send any repair bills) and should be off of the Jersey shore Wednesday into Thursday.
