Jersey City has a footbridge again into Liberty State Park

And what a bridge it is. The new Ethel Pesin Liberty Footbridge, in honor of the wife of Liberty State Park founder Morris Pesin, was dedicated Friday by Mayor Healy and others. Healy said as far as the old bridge went Superstorm Sandy actually helped:

"It might have been a favor in disguise," Healy said. "This new bridge will make it so much easier for the citizens of Jersey City to access the great Liberty State Park."

To use the bridge to Liberty State Park find Jersey Avenue, go south, Yahtzee!
