Well here's a nice story about Jersey City
And goodness knows we welcome those. If you're from around town you've know of or have seen menus for Carmine's Pizza Factory. Well the owner Carmine Testa may run things but his nine year-old son Michael is the real star of the show. So much a star in fact that a YouTube video of him tossing pizza dough had almost a half million views and he's appeared on teevee cooking shows like Rachael Ray. Nobody tosses dough like Michael, even his dad know's what's what:
“He’s a thousand times better,” said Carmine, who practices with his son a few hours a week to help him hone his already impressive skills. "When that video was made, he had only been practicing for a couple months. Now he's more than a year in."
So get to reading Jersey City, it's feel good story on a Hump Day, a real 2-fer.
