Sometimes love is a walk down Broadway holding hands. Sometimes love is a romantic candle lit dinner. Sometimes love is a box of candy. And sometimes love is a 150 mile car chase through New Jersey with threats to crash the car if police don't stay back.
In what New Jersey State police are calling a lovers quarrel, Eleanor Valdenarro of Dumont led police on a 150 mile chase, with her jilted lover who resides in Jersey City, up and down the New Jersey Turnpike and all around the Garden State until it ended in the Firestone tire shop in Bayonne as love so often does. Her lover police said did not want to be in the car.
After Valdenarro had threatened to crash the vehicle if police didn't back off, police did keep a respectable distance until the wild ride ended. Valdenarro's being held on $23,000 bond and is being charged with criminal restraint, making terroristic threats and eluding and simply caring too much...
