We always ring in the new year with this brilliant awesome version of the Rolling Stones performing 'Gimme Shelter', this year being no exception. We get more views on this clip than any other throughout the year believe it or not. Last year we had views from Holland and Germany on this one.

As the clock ticks ever closer to midnight, Let's ROCK with the Flametrick Subs
Normally we save the Flametrick Subs for Halloween being a psychobilly band, but this video for 'What Makes a Good Girl go Bad' is too cool for school.
Turn it up and hop around your house
Turn it up and hop around your house
As we roll closer to New Year's Eve how about Pat Benatar with a phenomenal cover song
'Don't Roll Those Blooshot Eyes at Me' was an old standard by a little known performer named Wynonie Harris but with this version Ms. Benatar makes it her very own. Get ready to dance around your living rooms....
New Year's Eve on the Jersey City Desk means we rock in the new year!
Kinda like Dick Clark but only with more music, less commercials and no Mariah Carey.
Let's kick off our big day with Aerosmith with RUN DMC with the classic overdub of 'Walk This Way'

Here's a story that'll send the creeps up and down your spine, a Bayonne girl dies after a spider bite
Now of course we're awaiting the toxicology reports but a Bayonne girl, Marissa Marie Ciolek, was bitten by a spider on Christmas Day and her condition went steadily downhill after that.
According to the Jersey Journal:
"Bayonne Health Officer Richard Censullo said two types of spiders are found in the area, the black widow spider and the brown recluse spider. Both spiders can give a "nasty bites," but bites that are not usually fatal unless the victim has an allergy, such as anaphylaxis, he said."
Yikes, sleep well.

So, where ya headed tomorrow night? Dinner? Are you going to see the ball drop?
Johnny's got some out of towners in from Michigan and so that means a nice dinner (a fun one for sure at DBGB's) and then Johnny's gonna head up towards Times Square to get a few snapshots of the party crowd. It's doubtful he's gonna stand in one place with no food or bathrooms for 4-5 hours. SO not happening.
So what are YOUR plans?

The problem with being dead in West New York is that you might not really be dead
So, either West New York has a huge issue with zombies walking the streets which of course would be bad for tourism and nights out on the town, OR they are guilty of some pretty sloppy bookkeeping. Earlier this month a petition was invalidated by Town Clerk Carmela Riccie for lacking enough signatures to qualify it for the ballot and she even went as far as to say that a dead man, Mr. Pedro Costales had signed it. She claimed Mr. Costales had died December 10, 2007. You can imagine her surprise when one very alive Pedro Costales came walking into her office wondering why she had declared his signature invalid because he was dead.
The ball is in your court now Carmela Riccie, we cant wait to hear the type of bureaucratic mumbo jumbo you plan to hide behind.

So, tomorrow is gonna be windy and nasty and cold. A great day for sitting around and watching old movies. Popping some corn in the microwave and spending some quality family time on the old couch. There are probably a couple bowl games on to boot. So spend a day inside, have some fun and make sure to catch up on your Jersey City Desk stories.
Oh, and rest up for Thursday night in Times Square.

Union City gets a nice grant to put in energy efficient outside lighting
Over 500K in grants are helping Union City replace the old street lights with newer more efficient lights that in the long run will help save the city a lot of do-re-mi.
According to Ralph Tango, an engineering consultant for Union City, apart from a different type of glow from the lights residents will notice no difference in brightness but overtime WILL notice a a lowering of the city's utility bills.
Sounds good to us, in order to get more energy efficient lights here to save money all the company selling then needs to do is walk by city hall with open brief cases of money and watch the pigeons come running out to get 'fed'.

Johnny's not much for product endorsements BUT
There is one he has been raving about to friends and family since he got it in early October. Johnny called Comcast to add the Big Ten Network so he could keep up with his Big Ten football and get his fix of his Michigan State Spartans. Along with the Big Ten Network Comcast added the NFL Red Zone channel wherein you get ALL the best of the NFL games all day long. In essence it's like the first week of the NCAA basketball tournament where they keep switching back and forth to the most exciting games and all the fantastic finishes. With the NFL Red Zone you get the best plays, the best moments no matter which teams and every 'red zone situation' (whenever a team is inside the opponents 20 yard line that is considered being in the 'red zone'). It has totally rekindled Johnny's love of the NFL. If, like today you only get one game at 1 pm and it was the New Jersey Giants getting embarrassed by Carolina what's a football fan to do? If you have the NFL Red Zone channel you can watch the best of the rest of the NFL games.
The NFL Red Zone channel, make SURE you get it before next year's season kicks off, it's THAT good.

52º today on December 27th? Better get outside while the getting is good
You better believe it citizens, Johnny and the crew will be heading out for a walk about town on a day like this. 52º isn't supposed to happen again until March or so. Giants fans have got to be giddy having a pre-game tailgate in 50 degree temps over at the Meadowlands.
Thanks to those who pointed out January 27th is a month away. Without the loyal readers here this place would be a bigger mess than it already is. Thanks--Johnny

Well done passengers on the Northwest (soon to be Delta) airliner in Detroit yesterday, who once they saw the assclown trying to start some kind of fire, jumped on the guy (and some were burned in the process) and beat on the brat and subdued him until the FBI could get on the plane.

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads;
And mamma in her 'kerchief, and I in my cap,
Had just settled down for a long winter's nap,
When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.
The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below,
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny reindeer,
With a little old driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name;
"Now, Dasher! now, Dancer! now, Prancer and Vixen!
On, Comet! on Cupid! on, Donder and Blitzen!
To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!"
As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky,
So up to the house-top the coursers they flew,
With the sleigh full of toys, and St. Nicholas too.
And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Down the chimney St. Nicholas came with a bound.
He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot;
A bundle of toys he had flung on his back,
And he looked like a peddler just opening his pack.
His eyes -- how they twinkled! his dimples how merry!
His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry!
His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow,
And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow;
The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath;
He had a broad face and a little round belly,
That shook, when he laughed like a bowlful of jelly.
He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself;
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread;
He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
And filled all the stockings; then turned with a jerk,
And laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose;
He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight,
"Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night."

Lori Serrano, who lost her city council bid in May pleads not guilty to graft charges
In a case and then result we're all too familiar with here in Jersey City, council seat wannabe Lori Serrano, although on tape with Solomon Dwek telling him favors could be arranged for $10K, pled not guilty to conspiracy to commit extortion. Her attorney Raymond L. Hamlin says she's innocent despite what's on the tapes.
We remind everyone that of the 44 arrested in July in the sweeping corruption arrests, not one of the arrestees has been found not guilty or let off. They have all copped deals or await trials. Serrano is simply another in the long line of those who were willing to sell their support for a real estate plan rather cheaply if the FBI tapes are to be believed. It didn't seem to phase Serrano, you know, the possibility of jail time as she was seen laughing and joking around before her arraignment.
Stay classy, Lori.

Today we dedicate the day to the memory of Joe Strummer
December 22, 2002 the world, and by association Johnny, lost Joe. A sudden heart attack claimed Johnny's musical idol and inspiration for so long. He stood for what was right about music and more importantly the music business. He demanded lower album prices for fans. He demanded the warm-up acts on his tours be treated equally with The Clash and when he found out the promoters weren't shared what his band had. Johnny read an article that one night in a bar meeting with magazine reporters he wondered outloud why a player piano/cd playing piano was allowed to exist instead of a musician who was being paid proper money for a live performance.
In his memory we dedicate the Jersey City Desk today.

Johnny asks; What is your greatest winter driving accomplishment?
Bad weather all around making for some dicey driving. Johnny wants to know what was your most heroic drive during winter? Feel free to praise yourselves. Johnny rode with an old friend, his girlfriend and Mrs. Action Space Punk long ago, Ann Arbor Michigan to Chicago in a full blown ice storm, normally a four hour trip that took 7. We lost count at 30 cars in ditches and medians. We had to make that trip, we were all helping friends move the next day. THAT was the best Johnny's seen.
Something Johnny did not know, actress Brittany Murphy used to live in Edison
Putting a local spin on the tragic death of Murphy, the raspy voiced and very talented actress worked in local theater and was always ready to come back and make appearances.
Truly sad.

Nobody is a bigger proponent of women in rock music than Johnny. Nobody. He was hooked by Ronnie Spector's warble, Pat Benatar's octave range, Ann Wilson's power, Chrissie Hynde's defiance and strength and Madonna's dance music. He's had three favorites in his time on this pale blue dot. Debbie Harry, Sheryl Crow and Neko Case. Tonight he looked on with great eagerness as Sheryl Crow and Neko Case shared the stage on Elvis Costello's series on Sundance, Spectacle. Something he never imagined possible until this magnificent series but something that truly truly touched him. We'll be playing clips from this episode taped at the Apollo Theater across the river in September. Tonight before bed it's Sheryl Crow with Neko Case on backing vocal and Elvis Costello on geetar with the classic 'Leaving Las Vegas'.

Union City Brew
Union City resident Luis Cortes was having some difficulty parking his vehicle Thursday. He was trying to parallel park it and kept putting the hurt to the cars in front of and behind where he was trying to park. Maybe he should have tried this parking wizardry away from next to the Union City Police Department. Police were notified by an off duty officer of Cortes' park job and they approached him and asked if he'd been drinking. He let on he may have had "5 beers".
Five.
Oh, OK, if it's only been five then please accept the key to the city and be on your way.
Cortes was arrested and charged with a DUI and police made accident reports for the cars he mashed.

June 12, 2010, book that date America. We all have something to do together. You don't get to be America by hiding from challenges. You don't get to be America by taking on the less defended beaches at Normandy. You don't get to be America without liberating Europe. You don't get to be America by not inventing rock and roll, the automobile and the cures for diseases that cripple children. You don't get to be America by losing the 1980 Olympic hockey game to the USSR.
We're America for a reason. And on June 12, America has a date with destiny in South Africa. You see that'll be the USA's first World Cup match and lookie see who us Yanks have a date with. Why it's England. The nation that talks football (as they call it) like it's their game. An epic match to be certain. Was it England who recently upset #1 ranked in the world Spain in the Confederations Cup? Oh, no, wait, that was America. Who was the only team not to lose to Italy in the last World Cup? Was that England? Nope, it was America. America seems to be getting this soccer thing together. And England, for all their across the pond talking have won exactly ONE World Cup title. One. It's time the colonies whip mother England's behind once more.

Normally you remember someone illegally channeling 30 large into your re-election account
Not Mariano Vega, nosiree Bob. Even though FBI agents say they have him meeting no less than six times with Solomon Dwek over meals, Vega, the day before he was arrested this summer apparently lied to the FBI saying he'd never seen Dwek before in his life. Despite the fact Vega's buddy Maher Khalil has pled guilty to basically what Vega is charged with (except the lying) and was there at the time, Vega says he has no intention of pleading guilty.
The FBI says they have it on tape, all of it. So far of everyone who has been charged in the big sting--not one has been found not guilty. Many have pled guilty, many have been sentenced so it sure appears the FBI has their ducks in a row, and it sure seems Mariano Vega is intent on dragging Jersey City's name through the dirt on his way to jail.
Just resign, you'll still get your day in court but your usefulness as any kind of city representative has long since passed if it ever existed to begin with. Mr. Vega, you're a disgrace.

Woodrow Miller needs to spend MORE time in front of the TeeVee watching CSI and Forensic Files
Ya see Woodrow, if you're going to clean up a POSSIBLE murder scene (Miller as you may recall was the only other person at the scene of the shooting of Quaneera Adams who sadly died from the gunshot) while the victim lies alive on the bed and THEN call 911 you not only look guilty as hell, you're gonna bring the full force of criminologists down on your dumb ass.
You cleaned up the scene BEFORE calling 911? Gee, nothing strange about that now is there Woodrow? We're also sure the blood on your clothing was a coincidence.
Miller has been arrested in connection with the crime but has not as of yet been charged with murder.
Johnny hears they have teevee in prison where people like Miller can catch up on watching CSI and Forensic Files.

What say you New Jersey, would Rutgers be any kind of good fit?
Just a point of order, Rutgers would be slotted in a Big Ten eastern set up and would be in a division football wise with Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State (who has recently supplanted Michigan as top dog in that state) and perhaps Purdue or Indiana. The better half of the conference football wise. Basketball wouldn't matter, Michigan State runs the conference and the people in it. How has Rutgers been doing against UConn lately in hoops? There you go.

We shouldn't have to tell you this but apparently we do---If you drop something on the PATH or Subway tracks, leave it go man
NOTHING is worth what happened to a 39 year old man at Central Park West and 110th street yesterday. He dropped his MP3 player on the tracks and jumped down to get it. It cost him his life and no doubt necessitated therapy to those on the platform who were, yes, wearing parts of him afterwards. Yeah, that was a disgusting way to put it but THINK McFlys of the world, IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR LIFE for anything lying on the tracks.
A fantastic editorial by the Jersey Journal over Judge Maurice Galipolli's hideous decision on Nidia Lopez
One of the finest editorials you'll ever read on Judge Maurice Galipolli's just plain baseless and mollycoddled decision to allow Nidia Lopez to continue to represent Journal Square. Nidia Lopez, who not only claims Florida as a residence so she can avoid taxes, who not only votes in Florida AND New Jersey and who, the day after voting for the rest of us to pay more in taxes spent the next day in her Florida home.
RECALL Nidia Lopez Ward C, you CAN do it.

Johnny was thinking about movies in the way he does sometimes. He was considering roles that you simply cannot imagine anyone else playing; ie now Heath Ledger as the Joker, or Jack Nicholson in The Shining, Gary Cooper in High Noon, Paul Newman and Robert Redford in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Bette Davis and Joan Crawford in Whatever Happened to Baby Jane. You get the idea, roles that were SO perfect for the actor who turned in such a performance they OWN the role.

One for the guys this morning--Remember the Pinewood Derby?
A most excellent article on the entire process (either real or imagined) on the Boy Scouts Pinewood Derby fun on the Speed Sport Life website. A quick excerpt:
THE PEOPLE
Racers are comprised of Cub Scouts. These are good ole fashioned honest young kids working hard for an achievement patch. If you want to compete you’ll need to be a kid between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. So, either invent a time machine and go back to race, or do what I did, have lots of sex and get yourself a son. Then you’ll have to sit around impatiently until the kid is old enough to become a Cub Scout. Once he finally hits that magical age, get yourself a drill press, a Dremel, some sand paper and get to work. I mean, get to work, uh, letting your son build the car.
A fun and excellent read. Johnny well remembers his first car (Of course HEAVILY dad influenced) and the trauma of watching a wheel come off 3/4 of the way down the track.

This afternoon, the Devils alumni are playing the JCPD in a fundraiser for the children of Marc DiNardo
Many former Devils greats will face off against the JCPD at the Prudential Center at 3 pm today in a fundraiser for the three children of slain Jersey City Detective Marc DiNardo. Some of the former Devils who are going to participate include Bruce Driver, Ken Daneyko, Grant Marshall, Chico Resch, Rob Skrlac, Valeri Zelepukin, Jim Dowd, Andy Brickley and Laurie Boschman.
Tickets are only $20 and the proceeds will be spilt evenly among DiNardo's three children. Over 3000 tickets have been sold already so come on Jersey City, let's get out to Newark and have a fantastic walk up gate, let's see if we can't get 5000 fans to The Rock this afternoon to help DiNardo's kids and honor one of our bravest.
I mean really, what were you going to do watch the Jets play one win Tampa Bay? The Giants play tonight so no sweat, plenty of time to get out on the old PATH train and do something positive.

Shocking, Santa's helpers work for a pimp
Johnny never would have believed it himself if it were not for this video proof. Some of Santa's helpers/toymakers being escorted on the PATH train late last night by one of Santa's enforcer pimps. Nice to see Mayor Kwame Healy at the D.E.E.N. Christmas party last night
After a long coooooold walk through Jersey City last night sniffing out stories, Johnny stopped at the Warehouse for a cup of joe to go and at 140 Bay St. there is a little boutique called d.e.e.n. and they were having themselves a whale of a holiday bash. Johnny looks in the window at the crowd and who does he see, Kwame Healy (and until he's finally brought to justice for his filthy political money games we'll be calling him Kwame after former disgraced Detroit Mayor Kwame Kiklpatrick who thought he could do anything either legal or illegal and simply get away with it because he was a big city mayor) wandering around giving the glad hand to shoppers.
We're also guessing that big police looking SUV that was DOUBLE PARKED out on Bay St. was Da mayor's. The Jersey City Desk is watching you mayor, we've got lots of email contributors who tell us what upu're up to at any given time...

Friday night MULTIMEDIA EXTRAVAGANZA with THE ROLLING STONES!
It's British invasion night here at the Jersey City Desk and who better to start than with THE standardbearers for bluesy rock and roll? This song was voted the #1
rock and roll song of all time by the VH1 rundown of the greatest songs in music history. No surprise there. Is there a better rock song with more rock and roll spirit and feeling? Notice how Charlie Watts is almost considered awake for this song. Keef woke up in a haze in the middle of the night, had a tape recorder next to the bed as he always did, and laid out most of this song. He then fell back asleep. He said the other 45 minutes on the tape was him snoring.

So now 9 month old babies are stabbing victims in robberies here in Jersey City
In perhaps one of the most heinous acts we've ever reported on, the 9 month old son of murder victim Jacqueline Reyes, who was stabbed to death for some money (for some money---simply money and a 9 month old is almost stabbed to death---where the f*ck are our priorities anymore?) in her condominium at 100 Montgomery in Paulus Hook. Police are reviewing building video footage to look for a person of interest or as we used to call them a suspect in the murder. The stabbing took place sometime between 8:00 am and 9:30 am on Tuesday (and Johnny saw all the police vehicles outside as he was out for a walk to pick up a Christmas parcel his mom sent that had to be signed for at the Post Office on Montgomery). Johnny saw nothing of any kind of suspicious thinking back long and hard but SOMEBODY out there knows something. Somebody knows the jagoff who did this. If you have ANY information, or ANY kind of tip simply email us here and we will pass the info to the Jersey City police. This worked once for us in a robbery case when Johnny and crew ran the old Ypsi City Desk. We got tips, the tips were passed along and a predator was taken off the streets. Please, email us here at johnnyactionspacepunk@gmail.com with info or the Hudson County Prosecutors’ Office’s Homicide Squad at (201) 915-1345.
People, to an animal like this it's just a matter of time before he needs more money. If he'll murder a kind loving mother and stab her baby son, he'll do the same to you.

Here's a late night thread with nothin' to do about nothin' but feeding Johnny's ego. Johnny as some of you may know investigates cold cases and does pro bono work to help solve some. For years he studied the BTK serial killer crimes in Wichita Kansas. In BTK's first murder, that of the Otero family he stole a 9 year old boy victim's radio. BTK sid he didn't know why, he just took it. Well Johnny had long said using the age BTK would have been during the Clutter murders in Holcomb Kansas (the basis of Truman Capote's book 'In Cold Blood'), one of those killers stole the young son's radio and the entire Clutter story would have had a huge impact on BTK's psychie and reasoning behind his serial killing ways. Johnny is reading an amazing book on BTK by FBI profiler John Douglas who in interviewing Dennis Rader, BTK, that indeed the Clutter murders DID make a huge impact on him and he was fascinated by every aspect of the killings all those years earlier and hence, he took the boy's radio.
Near as Johnny can tell he was the only one to make this connection.
Like he said, nothing about nothing but if you have a cold case you want some help with, email him, maybe he can help.He's rather detail oriented with a photographic memory.

First Priority Payroll CEO Jerry Carter is in one heck of a pickle
Police claim the CEO of the First Priority Payroll company was cuffed and charged with kidnapping, and intimidating and harassing a 45 year old employee of his. The charges and explanations are rather shocking. One is that he kept said employee locked in an Adams street apartment and working for 24 hours at a time for no pay. He supposedly told her the place was filled with cameras and he'd know if she wasn't doing as she was told. Police also claim Carter made his victim sit in a bathtub for hours at a a time. The police also told the media that Carter would make his victim send hundreds of cell phone pictures to make sure she was doing as she was told or he'd kill her.
For his part, Carter, through his attorney says he's innocent. We'll see about that but until this entire disgraceful mess is sorted out maybe your best business decision might be to steer clear of First Priority Payroll lest the stink rub off on your companies good name.

Woman takes Hoboken police car for a joyride, gets away with it
Dateline Hoboken: An undercover police officer saw three people urinating in public. As the officer was busy writing out the summons to the lawbreakers, a woman walked up and got into the unmarked car and took off for a joyride. A cab driver had to tell the officer that his car had been pinched. The car was stolen from 220 Seventh St. and found outside 1033 Bloomfield St. Since the car was a Crown Vic and thus a Ford, it didn't come with GM's 60 day return policy so we're guessing this wasn't a test drive of a potential purchase.

Justice fails us all
A small potatoes judge, Maurice Gallipoli, has ruled that Nidia Lopez or Nidia Boehringer as she is also known as can keep her Jersey City council seat despite using her official Florida residence as a New Jersey tax dodge. Remember Jersey City, Nidia has no problems asking YOU to pay higher taxes to lives here and get services here while she claims a Florida residence as her own so she doesn't pay taxes in Jersey City herself.
We're working up a full and complete background on the judge in this case so come next election day THEY can beat cheeks down to Florida to live, maybe next to Nidia Boehringer.

The New York Daily News is reporting the wife of a man accused of fathering a love child out of wedlock hired a killer milkman to kill the child by delivering tainted baby formula at Kings County Hospital. While the aggrieved and murderous-inclined wife is behind bars, the husband is still in hiding as the deadly milkman remains at large.

Well hockey fans it was another big win for the Red Wings tonight in Madison Square Garden, 3-1 over the Rangers. It was tied 1-1 late in the 3rd period before Dan Cleary threw one at the net and Rangers netminder Henrik Lundqvist managed to bungle the puck into his own net for a late 2-1 Wings lead. Kris Draper added an empty net goal with seconds to play sending the New York fans home in crocodile tears. So Detroit takes 3 out of 4 points this weekend which all in all make Johnny very happy.

Ray Schroth says on his NJ Voices page claims that's exactly what Jersey City has. We'd tend to agree. Smoking gun--Deputy mayor says Healy KNEW illegal funds were headed into his coffers
Indicted Deputy Mayor Leona Beldini said in a superseding indictment that Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah Healy without any doubt KNEW that illegal money was being funneled into his reelection account.
The actual indictment is worded thusly (and Healy is JC Official 1):
It was part of the conspiracy that defendant BELDINI and others received illicit political contributions from the CW in order to fund the Re-election Campaign Committee and the JCDC and to otherwise support the re-election of JC Official 1.
So, our mayor KNEW of these illegal payouts. He KNEW the money was being funneled into his account. So, when is he going to be arrested? When is he heading out to Newark to give up the fingerprints and to do the perp walk?
Mayor Healy, the editorial board here at the Jersey City Desk has been calling for your resignation for quite some time, now we DEMAND it. You WILL be leaving office here. You will do us all the favor of hauling your crooked ass either off to jail or the old disgraced mayors home or wherever it is you wanna go live in shame. You are DONE here.
Again, you can go on your own, you cam be removed in some sort of civil procedure or we can break out the torches and pitchforks and chase you to the Delaware Water Gap.
