Johnny's going to take a few days off to deal with a sudden family matter and so keep an eye out on this space as he may be back briefly only to head out again. Somewhat confusing but that's right in the life manual.

Time for Jersey City, After Dark

OK, the formalities are out of the way

The Fathers Day greetings, all necessary housework, food prep for the big meal and so forth. NOW Johnny (and half of America) can concentrate on what really matters tonight. The Battle for Winterfell, The Battle of the Bastards, Bastard Bowl, (almost as many names as Daenerys Targaryen) on HBO tonight at 9pm.

HBO and the Game of Thrones crew broke the bank for this episode. If you enjoy war and killing and incredible battles then by all means tune in. Gooooood watchin'!

Then Jersey City has what you're looking for all weekend! The Taste of Jersey City will fire up late this morning near city hall and will continue tomorrow as well. Some of the bestest restaurants around our fair city will have their wares available and it's our considered opinion as lovers of food, you should probably head to city hall this weekend. 11am til 7pm, aloha!
