The first day and a half of Light Rail disruptions are on the truck driver, NOW it's on NJ Transit

For a third day NJ Transit is running the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail on modified schedules because of Monday's accident where a dumbass driver from one of the local developer sites tore down the overhead wiring needed for the HBLR to run. We understood the morning after there would be headaches and boy were there but now we're into the third day it's high time NJ Transit shows us they actually have real and solid contingency plans for such matters. Your whole line runs on overhead wiring, please don't tell us you haven't war-gamed this scenario.

So, day three and now we ask NJ Transit, what the hell?
