Each time there is yet another water main break in an area where there has recently been a lot of construction or a lot of people have come on the grid, or electricity fails in summer without a storm, or the corners of Warren and Morgan finally collapse after another water event, remember them all. Remember it was the mayor who said the old city train and sewer and water and street grid could hold all the buildings all his buddies made money on. It could more than hold up to the human assault.
