What's the official nickname of New Jersey? If Michigan is the Wolverine State, Ohio is the Buckeye State and New York is the Empire State what is New Jersey? The Garden State? Well, not officially. Even though that has appeared on state license plates since the 50's nobody ever thought to make it the official state slogan...until now.
Follow along as a girl scout troop, who noticed the lack of an OFFICIAL state slogan, work with the legislature to get that done.
