Johnny has learned that a developer who owns the property at First St. and Marin Blvd. will be going before our city council tonight to ask to destroy things on that property (some residences too you know) so they can get tax abatements to start yet ANOTHER building project downtown. What was that candidate Fulop told us about tax abatements downtown once he became mayor? Why destroy a successful neighborhood watering hole and restaurant so some builder can build more UNNEEDED condos?
Get to City Hall tonight and raise holy hell people, next week it could be your neighborhood they want to tear up.
