A couple questions the CDC and Federal Government should answer but they won't

Can a zombie get the Ebola and then can they transmit it in a bite so there would be Ebola zombies who might then actually infect and kill other zombies who don't have zombie Ebola? And would the Ebola zombies die off if they didn't get treatment for the zombie Ebola because they turned the doctors who could have treated them into zombies or Ebola zombies?
