No doubt tomorrow at some point as transportation begins to wobble Uber will implement some kind of surge pricing. If a store that sold food or supplies like salt or shovels or snowblowers tried surge pricing for the storm they'd be up on charges come Friday and fined hundreds of thousands. Food for thought.
