Remembering Jersey City Police Detective Melvin Santiago

A very nice article on the very short, far too short life of JCPD Detective Melvin Santiago who was killed almost a year ago today (by someone so inconsequential we'll not mention his name) in the line of duty at the Walgreens on Communipaw and Kennedy Blvd. Writers Michaelangelo Conte & Patrick Villanova tell the story of someone who was really excited at joining the JCPD and his love of family.
