One of the Cooke Warehouses at Warren and Bay St. is getting set to be demolished by Toll Brothers as part of their three pronged plan to ruin the downtown skyline. The douchenozzles at Eglentowicz have been brought in to survey and get ready to take it down so if you're a photographer who loves the old buildings, this one won't be there later this week.
