Does downtown have this little pride anymore?

Just a walk around downtown neighborhoods today, it really could have been anywhere. Johnny just started documenting the kind of thing that'll keep visitors from seeing Jersey City as a first class city. Litter, crud, mess, shit everywhere. All out for everyone to see. Jersey City was voted a top walking city in America. Wanna bet someone walking around notices things like this? Have we become this jaded and immune to this kind of thing we just let it fester? Again, this was downtown, it could have been everywhere. We have a serious issue with consciousness JC.
