Don't forget, this is the weekend the PATH says they're have mandated work to do

So the 33rd St. line will be closed from Friday at midnight til Monday at 5am for what PATH and the Port Authority says is federally mandated work to improve safety which is true. This work at a snails pace (Getting paid by the hour by the union?) will continue into December, maybe longer.

It was mandated EIGHT YEARS AGO. Take your time Port Authority and PATH. It's only our safety. Also, don't let prices and costs rise or anything before you get started. Your orders on this are as old as the Jersey City Desk. Congratulations.

PATH has opened the NWK to WTC line because of the 33rd line NYC fire

The normally closed on the weekend Newark to the WTC PATH train IS now in operation because of a fire in New York City that has the 33rd line shut down.

Merry Christmas Hoboken, THE PATH IS BACK!!

That's right, you've suffered on busses, you've splurged on ferry rides and tomorrow morning (Wednesday) at 5am you'll have the PATH line from Hoboken to 33rd St. 

When you get done jumping up and down here's the harsh reality -- Hoboken to WTC is still "several weeks" away. Still, Hoboken is open to the rest of the world in a convenient kind of way.

BREAKING: PATH to start up TOMORROW morning -- limited route and time

According to the TeeVee news (NBC New York if you must know) the PATH train will begin running at 5am from Journal Square to 33rd St. The PATH will NOT stop at Christopher St. and 9th St. The PATH will run until 10pm.
