If they made crime an Olympic event Anthony Felder would be the Michael Phelps of the Crime Olympiad

Anthony Felder got into a little dust up in a Family Dollar store on Wednesday after putting almost 50 candy bars down his trousers then shoving the store manager on his way out the door. Felder was caught and arrested. We're guessing Felder knew the process as this was the SIXTY FOURTH time he's been arrested. He's been arrested so many times they don't even know the date he first showed up on court radar (most likely when the world was in black and white and dinosaurs roamed the earth). Felder has been arrested for a myriad of offenses including, but not limited to, drug possession to theft and tresspassing charges.

Just imagine his medal haul as he absolutely schools the other competitors from other lands in events like B&E with tools; B&E without tools; retail theft; trespassing with foot chase; trespassing with foot chase over 200 meters; and of course he'd be the favorite in the crime pentathlon.

Look, over the years we've pretty much seen the Olympics are a big racket anyway, so let's mix things people love; police chase videos and sport. Just think of the touching and warm human interest story Bob Costas could do for NBC on Anthony Felder.

Costas: "I want to go back in time with you to a seminal moment in your life. Tell me about your 39th arrest..."

TLC would then give him his own show.

We don't normally care about the celebrity scene in NYC

Because well there are only about 30 other great blogs you can get this info from. However when you can discuss "Hurricane Lohan" and her neverending NYC exploits, well then we'll be happy to take the extra traffic for a "Lindsay Lohan arrested" post.

Yes everyone's non-favorite party gal was arrested in Chelsea early this morning and charged with third-degree assault after a fight at a nightclub. We're not sure which Bible verses that Lohan and the other woman were debating before it escalated into a fight but LiLo had been banned from this very club, Club Avenue at 10th Ave and 17th St., earlier this year. Apparently either the ban had been lifted or Lohan snuck into Club Avenue dressed as Liz Taylor complete with a horrid overacting persona.

This is Lindsay's (can we call you Lindsay?) third run in this calendar year with cops which of course means one more and she gets her own reality show on TLC.

Looks like Buddy ain't the Cake Boss anymore, nice going TLC

See when big companies think they're big and important and above the little people they often overlook small items, like the fact TLC named their show about Hoboken cake maker Buddy Valastro "Cake Boss" even though they were told back as far as 2006 that the name was taken by a Seattle couple who produce software under that name. They told TLC they'd need to come up with something different.

Naturally being a big self important television network making crap shows (remember when The LEARNING Channel was about LEARNING and not about giving every midget and goofball a program) wasn't hearing any of this and decided to keep calling the show from FuHo Cake Boss.

Then now, the wheels of justice may turn slowly but they do turn and on July 16, Judge Richard A. Jones issued a preliminary injunction restricting the channel and the series from using the term, “Cake Boss.”

Oops, see what happens when hubris and the feeling "I'm just bigger than you and my lawyers will crush you" takes over?

So, does anybody have any suggestions for a new show name?
