We don't normally care about the celebrity scene in NYC

Because well there are only about 30 other great blogs you can get this info from. However when you can discuss "Hurricane Lohan" and her neverending NYC exploits, well then we'll be happy to take the extra traffic for a "Lindsay Lohan arrested" post.

Yes everyone's non-favorite party gal was arrested in Chelsea early this morning and charged with third-degree assault after a fight at a nightclub. We're not sure which Bible verses that Lohan and the other woman were debating before it escalated into a fight but LiLo had been banned from this very club, Club Avenue at 10th Ave and 17th St., earlier this year. Apparently either the ban had been lifted or Lohan snuck into Club Avenue dressed as Liz Taylor complete with a horrid overacting persona.

This is Lindsay's (can we call you Lindsay?) third run in this calendar year with cops which of course means one more and she gets her own reality show on TLC.

Actress Lindsay Lohan arrested as part of a brawl last night outside the Iron Monkey bar right here in Jersey City!

Details are a touch sketchy but apparently actress Lindsay Lohan and a couple friends were arrested after a set-to with another group of patrons at the Iron Monkey located at 97 Greene St. down near the waterfront. As the drinks flowed tempers flared said one eyewitness who asked not to be identified saying they didn't want news cameras camped outside their home. "Apparently Lindsay really beat the hell out of one mouthy chick who was making fun of some of her movies. One of her friends stood up for her but Lindsay then really went off on the mouthy chick." Other patrons said once the fight started Lohan's friends and the other party started brawling. Nobody from the Iron Monkey would comment and Jersey City's PD said nothing about the arrest of the celeb either.
