AND since they cannot be found one can only assume they are out stealing underpants like these found in Hoboken. Our client claims the underpants were already on the ground and he was merely trying to return them to their rightful owner.

We think this line of defense is the way forward for Jersey City's Craig Davis who was caught with purloined Calvin Klein underpants allegedly taken from a building in Hoboken. We're hoping TLC doesn't see this story and create some kind of The Underpants Cops of Jersey reality show this fall.
