Is it immoral to execute 12 year olds?

We kid we kid but if ever two twelve year olds were in need for some adult punishment this qualifies. Two intelligence-challenged twelve year old boys in Harlem at E. 116th St. dropped a Target shopping cart four floors from an elevated walkway right on the head of a woman with her child below.

"It hit her in the head. She just collapsed," Orlando Campos, 30, told the News, before describing a pool of blood collecting around her head. "She wasn’t moving at all."

Police set off in search of the cart pushers/droppers and found out they were twelve year old boys whom friends tried to stop from tossing the cart over the edge. The boys have been charged with assault, weapons possession and juvenile delinquency.

No, you read that right. NYPD police are looking for a man in Harlem who was nonchalantly pulling a suitcase down E. 114th St. and then for some reason, simply walked away from it. A passerby saw the suitcase and unzipped it ever so slightly until he saw a leg at which point he ran to Rao's Italian Restaurant to alert police.

The dead woman in the suitcase is Betty Williams, a Harlem resident.

Police, using street and store security videos said the man pulled the suitcase behind him for a while, stopped to take a breather and then keeps pulling the suitcase before simply walking away from it.
