Eleven guys!!

Boy howdy when you pull out a camera the people flee. Here was the scene earlier today, answering for all time why construction costs so much in Jersey City, eleven guys standing next to the tube that pumps concrete down into pilings at the construction site at Marin and Bay St. Eleven. The camera came out and a couple three decided they didn't want to be seen as standing around but most? Yep, they don't care. Just cost of doing business we suppose, at some point these "workers" just figure they're all gonna just stand around and do outdoor the equivalent of watching paint dry.
