Johnny had his first day off in forever today so he did what one normally does, go and get a cortisone shot in your knee, play copious amount of World of Warcraft, watch the Champions League and take a nap. If tomorrow works out well it'll be lather, rinse, repeat but Johnny will trade the cortisone shot for the gym.
