Soon Jersey City will be home to the state's tallest building

So tall in fact it needed FAA approval which it got this week. A 950-foot tower, (that's 95 stories to you n Johnny) got approval and now only needs City Planning (You guys get those Cocoa Puffs Johnny sent you?) and city council and the parking lot at Greene and Washington will become Johnny Tower.

The owners of the project, China Oversea America (Oversee at this point) is behind the project, which is set to include 760 condo units and about 18,000 square feet of commercial and retail space in its 95 stories. Construction is set to start this spring.
