Mr. Fulop pays tribute to two fallen Jersey City servicemen, Marlon Jackson and Rafael Nieves who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our nation enlisting in the armed forces after 9/11. A section of the Jersey City waterfront walkway will be dedicated to their memories directly across the Hudson River from where the Twin Towers stood.
