Marks hired Essam Eid, of the greater Las Vegas area. When Eid went to the proposed victim's home he told her he wouldn't be killing her, she looked too much like like his daughter. The gentleman in Eid said that the proposed victim could buy back the $37,000 contract or Eid would kill the boyfriend. Well it was only a call to police later that Marks was busted and Eid was a fugitive. He was caught in England while Marks was arrested and will be sentenced up to 56 years in the clink at her sentencing October 6th.
Some people are just lazy we suppose. Or don't watch enough Investigation Discovery on the teevee which has become quite a roadmap for getting away with crime. Either way jealousy claims yet another remedial criminal.
