Rutgers football gameday!

In what a lot of people call the friendliest road trip one can make in college football, the Scarlet Knights are in Lincoln Nebraska today for a morning matchup with the Cornhuskers. Being in central time the game kicks off at 11am in Lincoln and while they have an awesome gameday atmosphere we're not sure how much BBQ one can get around by say 8:30 am to get it smoked and cooked just so before you head into the stadium for an 11am kickoff. See? Rutgers is already flexing their ratings muscle.

Johnny thinks it's going to be a long afternoon for the Knights unless they can force turnovers and lately nobody has been better at trying to give games away via the turnover than Nebraska. The overview is pretty simple, force a couple fumbles, get a pick or two as the Huskers aren't a strong passing team or Ameer Abdullah is gonna get a chance to ram the ball at the RU defense for four quarters. We know Rutgers will play for the entire game, a great program trait so if they can keep it within a score deep into the third quarter well that's how upsets are born.

So finish your frosted flakes New Jersey, still 45 minutes til kickoff.

Fearless Forecast:
Nebraska 31
Rutgers 20
