Johnny painstakingly used to put in really cool pictures of an artist or a band and make that image the iTunes default artwork. Desktop quality pictures rolling through of say U2 playing live or an old silly publicity photo. Maybe a picture or two from National Lampoon's Vacation for 'Holiday Road' by Lindsey Buckingham. You get the idea.
