The 4th Street Arts group will be holding their second annual chili cook off tomorrow at Parlay Studios from 2-6 pm and is located at 161 2nd St. in the Powerhouse Arts District. For a mere $5 you'll be able to sample all 20 entries. That's a lot of chili value for only $5. That small fee will also allow you to vote on the on your favorites in the People's Choice category.
Music and alcoholic beverages will be made available.
