If something is going to take 82 years to do it might as well happen in a Leap Day. The USA had never beaten Italy in a soccer match. Ever. In 82 years of trying they were 0-7-3. Italy had never lost an international match in Genoa. Both streaks came to an end today with this Clint Dempsey goal and a 1-0 USA victory.
