The Village Halloween parade! First off, what is Kickstarter? It's a crowdfunding idea on the web. Like minded individuals come together to put their money where their loves are and if enough money is raised, success! The people who put on that wonderful halloween parade in the West Village were devastated by Superstorm Sandy last year and they need help.
