The good people at the car blog Jalopnik have pointed out the oddity that is the battered green Honda Civic that has been sitting at the corner of Columbus Ave. and 68th St. Yes, sitting there for 11 years. That's one year longer than Martin Blank disappeared for.
The car is JAMMED with books. Overflowing with books. And yet it sits there. How is it possible to sit there for 11 years with the way the city tickets and tows?
