The Port Authority just closed the lower level of the George Washington Bridge

You can expect all the bridges to close as the winds begin to howl but this news is a touch surprising for how early in the storm it comes. CBS News New York just reported the Port Authority closed the lower level of the GWB which could easily throw a wrench into the plans of tardy evacuees.

Amtrak is done across the Northeast for the next couple days.
