We're not big pro basketball fans here at the Jersey City Desk, but when the Nets win with a half court shot at the buzzer, and we mean the buzzer, it's tonight's late night thread. Note on the bottom of the screen as they begin showing replays of the shot in slow motion, the person who handles the scores on the network already has Philadelphia the victors 96-95. Maybe he had to get out of there early for a hot date but as Lee Corso says, "Not so fast my friend". This shot counted and the Nets won 98-96.

Yeah, who doesn't love it when they lose. Too bad the Phillies won last year, that city was on such a loser roll too...
