Jersey City, what would YOU like to see in the plans to redevelop Journal Square?

Much has been made recently about a small handful of plans for Journal Square both in the long and short term. We'd like to know how you think Journal Square could best be brought kicking and screaming into the new millennium. Short of 'bulldoze it all and start over' what kind of development or non-development (sometimes the best moves are the ones you don't make) would you like to propose? Keep in mind Johnny has seen Jersey City government IP's hitting this site so maybe, just maybe, somebody with some clout may read your idea.
