Officially they say 95% of trains in and out of NYC run on time; Reality says different
While officials of the transportation rail lines in and out of NYC boast a 95% on-time record, the actual record and riders perception sure seems to differ. The New York Times got hold of some never before used documents to lay this little white on-time lie to waste. In fact they found it was nowhere close to 95%, or 90%, or 80%.
