Johnny had a very nice meeting with Mayor Healy before the election (no, really he did) and they discussed crime in Jersey City and most notably the pack attacks. The Mayor said computer modeling programs they had that help predict crime and help put officers into the bad areas should have an impact. Well we've had another pack attack, this time goons riding bikes attacked a Newark man and put him in critical condition.
Mr. Mayor let's put the street cameras and the computer modeling program to work here. We can't allow trash like this to move around with impunity. Put the squeeze on low level dirt like this, for OUR sake.
