You remember the poor guy who was beaten into a coma with a brick by EIGHT teenagers, well sadly he passed away Tuesday. Carlos Orlando Quinones, who was 27, died before his mother could arrive from Puerto Rico.
Again, we as residents are going to be holding the judges in this case accountable. Go easy on these thugs and we won't go easy on you on election day.
