Time to break out the Waaaaambulance for Hoboken Mayor Dave Roberts

Awwww, does wittle Mister Woberts not like the billboard placed by a Jersey City company offering assistance to move to Jersey City to avoid a horrid 47% tax increase in Hoboken? Is him gonna cwy?

Our advice? Grow up man. You are in charge there and for whatever reason you couldn't get your city budget together and the state imposed a 47% increase. Why wouldn't a Jersey City developer, LeFrak Organization, offer to help Hoboken residents either sick of, or unable to cough up all that extra money to relocate. That's exactly what the Metropolitan & Waterfront Residential Brokerage did, offer to pick up some of the tab to get Hoboken residents to move into apartments or condos along the scenic Jersey City (home of the Statue of Liberty) waterfront. That's just business Mayor Roberts. Hard cheese dude. No, you had to cry and snivel over the sign and then get it covered up.

Was the billboard factual? You betcha. They weren't lying on you. So, what's the issue mayor? Embarrassed? Sounds like it. Get one thing straight right now, when it comes to a pecking order in Hudson County; Jersey City > Hoboken.....FACT!

So go ahead and make some kind of lame retaliation billboard talking about Jersey City crime, come on, go for it. We're tough here in Jersey City, we can take anything the Mile Square (emphasis on SQUARE) City can dish out. The fact remains you pitched a tantrum and we're not laughing with you, no, we're laughing AT you. Johnny's an old school online comment troll, he'll have his own wing in the trolling hall of fame one day, and when you are so bothered by a sign, or comment or factual posting you have it removed, well let's just say Mayor Dave Roberts, you just got PWNED by Jersey City.
